- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all included accessories and manuals
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged drill machines
- Custom or specially ordered products
- Items missing original packaging or accessories

All returned drill machines will undergo:
- Full functionality testing
- Visual inspection for damage/wear
- Verification of all included components
